Turned the main breaker off - Opened the rear right service panel - Removed the heater element - Replaced the hi-limit switch and seal. The steamer is working fine after repair, generating good steam. However, I ve highly recommended to the customer to delime / descale the steamer very often, once a week. Also to install a water filtration system.
